How we work

Editorial
policy.

Useful, evidence-aware health information with enough humility to know its limits.

VitaHarmony 24 is a wellness journal for adults navigating everyday life after 40. We make general educational content; we do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the care of a qualified health professional.

What guides our work

We prioritize established public-health institutions, peer-reviewed research, and recognized professional organizations. When a story makes a specific health claim, we aim to include useful primary or authoritative sources. We avoid sensational claims, “miracle” framing, and one-size-fits-all instructions.

What our content is—and is not

Our articles are designed to help readers ask better questions and consider low-risk, practical habits. They are not individualized medical, mental-health, nutrition, or exercise advice. Personal factors—including diagnoses, medications, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, mobility, and treatment plans—matter. Consult a qualified clinician for guidance tailored to you.

Updates and corrections

Health guidance can change. We review and update material when a meaningful correction or new authoritative guidance warrants it. If you spot an error, please email hello@vitaharmony24.com with the page title and a short explanation.

Commercial independence

VitaHarmony 24 does not publish paid health claims disguised as editorial content. Any future sponsored material or affiliate relationship should be clearly labeled near the relevant content and should not determine editorial conclusions.

Our promise

We want readers to leave with more perspective, not more pressure. If a useful answer is “speak with your clinician,” we will say so.
